Over the past couple of years I have become involved with “The Virginia Heritage Music Trail” otherwise known as “The Crooked Road”. This project features the music and musicians from Southwest Virginia.

This is a fantastic cookbook that highlights recipes from all 10 counties along The Crooked Road. It includes folklore, recipes, and home remedies compiled by Betty Skeens and Libby Bondurant.
